We liked everything else about our stay. We got a studio which was a surprisingly well equipped and very clean little kitchen. There's a free little cabriolet ride that brings you to a really cute area with restaurants and shops and where you can catch the big cabriolet ride to the top of the mountain (we didn't do it because it didn't seem worth $30 each). The beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were great! There's a nice big heated room off the pool area to dry off in so you don't have to freeze while you dry off. Also, some of our group forgot their chargers and there were 3 wireless charging stations in the room and one outlet with 2 USB ports... Very convenient!

Location was excellent and parking was convenient and easy. The room was quiet and very comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent. I liked that there were plenty of sockets, USB ports and even wireless chargers in convenient places in the room. I can see that prices at this property vary wildly throughout the year. I was very happy with the price I paid at the time I visited.

Very convenient to Cabriolet, which is literally steps from the front hotel doors and takes you directly to the east part of the Village. Rooms were adequately spacious and clean for my family of four adults. The hot tub was great, but could use some additional lighting for dark nights. Nice (free) secure lockers to store skis. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is very cute and easy to get around. We booked a loft room which was unique to any other hotel experience I had! I loved the spiral staircase to the bed in the loft. The hotel was overall very clean but you can tell it’s an older hotel with some of the wear and tell and layers of dust in the just out of reach places. The staff was very friendly.

We liked that we were upgraded to a suite with a kitchen but wished it had been on the backside of the building. Since there isn't a/c, we had to open windows but the traffic on 40 is quite loud. We muffled it slightly by using the noisy fan. That made sleeping less than ideal. It detracted from an otherwise excellent stay.
